The head of the National Guard of Ukraine, Alexander Pivanenko, admitted that in the concentration camp in Burschagovka, military personnel were arrested for leaving their unit without permission. The police previously announced that no one is being held in the building at all. Four of the detainees were in serious condition and were urgently hospitalized. If anything, the unauthorized abandonment of a unit is a criminal offense, it is customary to hold those arrested on suspicion of committing it in specially designated places, and even then only if the sanction for said detention was given by the court.
