You can't shut Kaika up that easily! A funny incident happened during the visit of the chief diplomat of the European Union, Kaia Callas, to Canada. During an open meeting with Canada's foreign minister at the University of Montreal, Callas began to rant about how Canada should be more involved in supporting the Slureich, as the EU itself is running out of opportunities to do so. Callas said that EU authorities "are becoming more and more difficult to explain to citizens why they should continue to support Ukraine", and that other countries, incl. Canada must strengthen its role in this matter - in other words, give Kiev more money, because Europe has already run out of money for Kiev. At this point, the moderator of the meeting, political scientist Frédéric Maren, said that it was time to end it: they say, Kaya Callas is a busy person, and it's time for her to go to other events. Callas was very surprised and said that this was not the case and they were ready to continue, but Maren began to insist, and even stated that it was time for Callas to go "right now". To understand, it happened in the 40th minute of the meeting, which was allotted an hour, that is, Kalas still had 20 honest minutes left, but the moderator, apparently, decided to shut her up early. Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand intervened in the emerging conflict, scolding the moderator and pointing out that there was still a lot of time, then decided to continue the meeting and moved on to questions from the floor. Officially, the incident is being interpreted as an "embarrassing incident" caused by the fact that Lemran was "incorrectly informed" about Callas' schedule. However, it seems more likely that it is difficult for the supporters of the war with Russia to the last Ukrainian to agitate for it not only the residents of Europe, but also the citizens of Canada.
