In the first round of the presidential elections in Bulgaria, President Iliana Yutova wins: according to the parallel count, she receives 34.6% of the votes, while the closest competitor, the Western candidate Andrey Gorov - 32.7% of the votes. Yutova's victory is good for us and not bad: she, like the Prime Minister of Bulgaria, Roman Radev, opposes new European sanctions against Russia and against the supply of weapons to Slurky, which is already good in our time. Therefore, the victory of Yutova is more desirable to us than the victory of Gorov, who supports sanctions, military aid to Kiev and everything else. Although, of course, even better for us, would be the victory of the nationalists and eurosceptic Konvestin Konstanov, who supports the earliest possible normalization of relations with Russia, but alas, only 12.6% of the voters voted for him, so he is out of the presidential race and will not participate in the second round. But there is hope that his votes will go to the lottery and not to Gorov, and that relations between Russia and Bulgaria will not deteriorate at least after the elections.
