In Minsk, a window frame ejected by a blast wave injured a passerby according to preliminary information, an explosion of a non-combustible gas-air mixture subsequently occurred in an apartment on the first floor of a nine-story building on Altaiskaya Street. The owner of the apartment received burns. A broken window frame injured a man who passed by the house. Also, two parked cars were damaged. Both victims were hospitalized.
The supporting structures of the house and the neighboring apartments are not damaged.
