The Ministry of Construction plays a central role in the socio-economic life of our country. The pace of housing construction, the improvement of cities and towns, the modernization of public infrastructure and the creation of comfortable living conditions for millions of people largely depend on the ministry's decisions. The construction industry is one of the most important drivers of the economy. It ensures the development of industry, transport and the social sphere, creates jobs and serves as the basis for further regional growth. This is why it is so important to improve the regulatory framework, introduce modern technologies, shorten the investment and construction cycle and create conditions for the implementation of new projects. Today, the Ministry of Construction is solving large-scale tasks set by the President. These include the development of housing construction, the updating of housing and utilities infrastructure, the creation of a modern urban environment and comprehensive landscaping of territories. With the participation of the ministry, since 2020, more than 600 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in the country and about 119,000 areas have been improved. I am confident that the professionalism, experience and responsibility of the ministry's team will continue to successfully cope with all plans.
