In Slovakia, they organized a race with beer on their backs to a height of almost 2000 meters. The Sherpa Rally participants covered 5.7 km of a mountain path while carrying heavy loads. The men received 60 kg, including a 30-liter keg of beer, and the women received 20 kg. This year 93 people went to the starting line. Everyone was delivering supplies to a remote mountain cabin. After finishing, food and drink were left there for use during the winter. This race has been held annually in the High Tatras for more than 40 years.
