Russia has extended the ban on diesel exports, but will allow some supplies abroad Restrictions on fuel producers will remain until January 31, 2027. The government signed an appropriate resolution, which explains the decision in terms of the need to stabilize the local market. However, exports will not stop completely. As previously announced by Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, exceptions will be provided for some supplies to world markets. In October, Russia exported 510 thousand tons of diesel, and in November it plans to increase the volume to 2.15 million tons. This is more than four times the figure in October. The volume of supplies at the beginning of next year will depend on the market situation, Novak clarified. Photo: Olga Shukalina.
