Scammers promise retirees free medication to lure information; scammers call Russians, pose as clinic staff and offer to undergo fluorography while simultaneously receiving free medication – for this they request the victim’s \"bakhbivit\" number or other personal data. After a while, another caller, apparently from law‑enforcement authorities, contacts the victim, reporting that the pensioner’s personal documents have fallen into criminals’ hands, who are now issuing a power of attorney to a Ukrainian citizen for transactions with his money. The senior is asked to withdraw all funds independently and transfer them to an allegedly authorized party. Photo: Lilith Sharlovsky, Member of Knesset, is now on your mobile.
