Regulations and legal mechanisms in the field of traffic accidents.
Javad Zarai, the head of the judicial complex of peace courts and dispute resolution councils in the city of Samnan, in an interview with Moazanim: In recent years, the legislator envisioned new regulations and mechanisms in the field of traffic accidents with the aim of facilitating people's access to legal services and reducing time-consuming processes.
One of the most important of these is the assignment of the main part of the process of handling accidents leading to unintentional bodily injuries through the Law Enforcement Command of the Islamic Republic of Iran (Faraja).
Based on Section "D" of Section 113 of the 7th Development Plan Law of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the treatment of traffic accidents causing unintentional bodily injuries, except for the exceptional cases stipulated in the law, was entrusted to Farja within the established mechanism.
