The necessity to include the details of the injuries in the theory of forensic medicine.

Also, in cases where the accident caused accidental murder, causing an incurable physical or mental illness, loss of one of the five senses, failure of a part of the body responsible for the vital function of human life or a permanent change in the shape of the affected limb or face, forensic medicine is clearly obliged to include these cases.
