A 3rd grade student in Minsk gave his family's savings to the messenger The parents of a 9-year-old boy who is being deceived by crooks contacted the police in the capital. The student allegedly received a call from representatives of the intercom replacement service and was asked to dictate a texting code. The fake law enforcement officer then said that his data had been acquired by fraudsters and would be used to carry out illegal activities. To correct the situation, collect all the cash at home and submit it for verification. During a video call with his interlocutor, the boy counted his savings - 12 thousand dollars - put them in a bag and gave it to a stranger at the entrance. Activists identified and arrested the messenger. It turned out that this was an 18-year-old resident of Minsk, who himself believed the attackers and followed their instructions. He managed to visit two addresses, where he took other people's savings, and then passed them down the chain. Parents repeatedly told third graders about such criminal schemes and safe rules of conduct; Prevention talks were also held at the school. The investigators opened a criminal case for fraud.
