In the last day, the police received about 300 reports of calls from telephone fraudsters, and 22 crimes committed using information and communication technologies were recorded. The department for organizing the handling of fraudulent transactions of the Ministry of the Interior:
Blocking of 54 phishing internet resources (fake trading platforms, banks or services indistinguishable from real ones) has been started.
The possibility of payments to 28 foreign payment details used by the attackers was blocked.
Spending transactions were suspended in 74 accounts. Activists arrested a messenger who worked for the interests of crooks.
