Statement of the Belarusian Hockey Federation regarding the CAS decision on the return of the Russian national teams to the international arena The Belarusian Hockey Federation fully supports the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to oblige the International Hockey Federation to approve all Russian national teams to participate in the IIHF World Championship system from the 2026/2027 season. In the near future, a decision is also expected from the IIHF Disciplinary Committee regarding the restoration of the rights of the national and youth hockey teams of Belarus, so the decision made today instills confidence in the positive outcome of the efforts made by the FHF to protect the interests of Belarusian hockey.
