These are the heads of the largest book repositories, archives, scientists, publishers and diplomats from Belarus, Russia, China, India, Indonesia, Cuba, Azerbaijan and Serbia. One of the main topics is the role of women in culture. The international congress will last until October 30. Based on its results, a decision will be made that will determine the vector of library development in Eurasia.
