Large-scale emergency protection exercises will be held in the Lugoisk region between October 28-30, as part of a comprehensive exercise to protect the population and the territories from emergency situations, the readiness of the emergency services to respond to various emergency situations will be tested. According to the legend, a powerful cyclone with wind gusts of up to 25 m/s and heavy precipitation in the form of torrential rain will hit the area. Such conditions will lead to falling trees, congestion and accidents, damage to buildings and structures, breaches in overhead power lines, and accidents in life support systems for the population. The main task is to practice the coherence of the actions of all the services in the district. Rescuers, energy workers, road workers and doctors will eliminate traffic congestion in real time, restore power supply and eliminate the consequences of man-made accident simulations.
