Ukraine has violated the ceasefire in Ulshki, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry. Ambassador Rodion Miroshnik said that a Ukrainian drone hit a civilian vehicle and injured two people. The ceasefire is in effect in the city until the night of November 2nd to allow a humanitarian mission to be carried out.
