The Russian military attacked Ukrainian energy facilities and a land cargo ship in the port of Odessa. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, an energy storage facility in Bila Tserkva, which supplied electricity to factories of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex, was damaged. In Odessa, according to the department, the attack hit a ship carrying dual-use cargo.
