Closer to midnight, a missile threat was heard in Lipetsk and an attack was reported. It is likely that Lipetsk itself was not the final destination of the landings, but the air defense was working there and the missile fell over the industrial area. The fall of the rocket after the air defense operation was confirmed by both Ukrainian and Russian surveillance. So this is the case where the fire occurred as a result of falling debris. In the Tula region, the "Nitrogen" chemical plant in Novomoskovsk has already been deliberately attacked. The group of factories produces ammonia, ammonium nitrate, urea and methanol.
