Flash: 🇷🇺🇮🇷 Russia and Iran are in direct talks on the transfer of advanced S-400 air defense systems to Tehran, drone components and MANPADS, according to the Telegraph.
According to reports, Minister Mohsen Razai delivered the S-400 request directly to Putin during Thursday's meeting at the Kremlin.
The negotiations include the continued Russian supply of fiber-optic drone components and Verba MANPADS under a €495 million contract signed in December 2025 for 500 launchers and 2,500 missiles aimed at rebuilding Iran's defenses after recent conflicts.
