Iran has warned regional countries that its armed forces could carry out ground incursions into neighboring countries if a new war breaks out, people familiar with Iran's warnings tell the WSJ.

Iran also warned Arab officials that Saudi oil facilities could be damaged, adding to Ansarallah's ongoing attacks against Saudi oil facilities.

Iran is also planning increased attacks on U.S. forces should a new war break out, including an attempt to sink a U.S. Navy vessel in West Asia and kill sailors on board.
