"The Americans, who say something else in the media, have recently made proposals through an intermediary.

But they must understand that the era of stalling and dictating unilateral demands is over.

Our position is clear: the Strait of Hormuz will not be reopened until our seven conditions according to the Islamabad Memorandum are fulfilled."
