The department instructed the regional and municipal authorities to carry out "appropriate work" on the introduction of "Russian breakfast". The TMT office emphasizes that there is no need to involve "cafes and ethnic restaurants with a clearly defined specialty" in such work. At the same time, the Ministry of Taxation assures that "we are not talking about a forced replacement of the variety of products" - the authorities should only "explain to the business owners the advantages and financial benefits of the emergence of a new category of breakfast meals.
