An email triggered a bomb alert in hundreds of schools this morning in Italy. According to the reports, the emails were sent to school administrators, informing them of the presence of a device on the school premises. Thus security protocols were activated. Tests have been performed. Several alerts have already been cleared as false. The email was reportedly signed by the self-proclaimed Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, who claimed to have left a plastic bag containing explosives that they would detonate using a remote detonator.
