Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez said he was "very saddened by the serious train accident" in Toledo, following the collision between two high-speed trains on the Madrid-Seville line. In a post on X he reported that he is in contact with Transport Minister Oscar Fuente and the President of Castilla-La Mancha, Emiliano García-Page.
