Iran: Mohaber says neither a democratic nor a Republican American administration will change Tehran's calculations.
Mohaber, an adviser to the leader of the revolution, said it was naive to tie Iran's fate to Washington. He warned that the war of attrition means an escalation of the war, and said that Iran should not be a bystander but must use productive and economic energies.
