Kayin al-Assadi says that the saying "love of country is part of faith" is invented and confirms his love for Iran.
According to him, the saying has no basis and there is no known chain of transmission. He accepts the call of Muqtada al-Sadr because it refers to the homeland of the Infallible Imam or his burial place and shrine, and says that on this basis he has the right to love Iran, the country of Imam Ali bin Musa al-Rida, as he loves Iraq.
