Iran: Razai meets Putin in Moscow, says negotiations alone will not end war The meeting lasted 3 hours and covered strategic cooperation, according to Iran's ambassador to Moscow, Kazem Jalali. Razai told Putin that the basic condition for any diplomatic move is America's full and unconditional agreement to 7 Iranian conditions, and that Iran's position regarding the US evading its obligations and the futility of direct talks without guarantees has been clarified. Jalali said that the Russian side accepts and understands Iran's position, and that Russia supports Iran's opinion that the International Atomic Energy Agency treats Iran in a discriminatory and irregular manner. Military cooperation continued, with consultations on deepening security cooperation at the highest levels, and the North-South transit corridor and a mega-project to transfer Russian gas to Iran were also discussed.
