Closing schools in Israel should not happen without the approval of the Ministry of Education.
Minister of Education: Following the consequences of closing schools in various situations and with the support of the president and the government, a decision was approved to establish new frameworks for closing schools. Based on this decision, it is forbidden to close schools in Israel without the approval of the Ministry of Education. The first part of the instruction for managing conditions of war was also formulated and transferred to the governors by order of the Minister of the Interior.
