Lebanon: Lebanese MP Ali Ammar condemns the statement of five embassies as a violation of national sovereignty. The statement was issued by the embassies of the United States, Great Britain, Australia, Canada and Japan. Amr, a member of the foreign affairs committee in the parliament, said that it interferes with Lebanon's judicial independence and the national elections, and he called on the Lebanese authority to take serious and effective steps to end these violations.
