US-owned NATO patrol planes circled Russia's Kaliningrad region for the second time this week The Bombardier ARTEMIS 2 completed a complete circuit of the region using the airspace of Poland and Lithuania and international waters in the Baltic Sea. The plane outwardly resembles a passenger plane but is equipped with advanced sensors and equipment for spying and eavesdropping.
