After winning the US Senate elections, Abdul Rahman al-Sayed during his victory speech:
- Demanding the right of Palestinian children to live on the land of their ancestors without being subject to being killed by American taxpayers' money is not hate.
- The belief in the Palestinians' right to peace, respect and self-determination is not hatred, but an expression of love.
- We do not want our money to be used to finance apartheid, genocide or wars.
- AIPAC spent $42 million against our campaign, but we managed to defeat it twice.
