Yemen: Chinese mediators carry a message from Sana'a to Riyadh to organize the negotiations between Sana'a and Saudi Arabia. Yemeni sources report that the Chinese mediator visited Sana'a and then left for Riyadh with the message. Sanaa insists that the Southern Transitional Council will participate in the talks as a partner by its side. Sana'a and the transitional parties set the terms of a ceasefire: Saudi withdrawal from the north and south, the opening of all airports and ports in the north and south, the return of all the leaders of the Transitional Council to Aden, and rehabilitation in the north and south equally.
