Promoted Brigadier General Hait: The Strait of Hormuz is open to four countries.
Deputy Head of the National Security Committee in the Islamic Consultative Assembly: Today we exempted four countries, namely India, China, Iraq and Qatar, from transit restrictions in the Strait of Hormuz, and the ships of these countries move freely, and the Americans do not interfere with them. We do not impose fees on Qatar. We do deals, and each of the exemptions has a specific reason. We took this measure with India to enable us to import medicine, and with China to gain its political support.
