Iran: Security expert Ali Abdi says that response to enemies has no geographical borders, Abodi said, that when the leader talks about a response without geographical borders, one should not focus only on the range of the missiles. According to him, Iran's special operations structure, which combined the Ministry of Intelligence, the Quds Force and the Revolutionary Guards' intelligence organization until the end of the 1990s, should be used alongside conventional answers so that Iran can strike the enemy anywhere on earth and make it clear that threats against Iran carry a heavy price.
