Lebanon: Member of Parliament Hossein Haj Hassan criticizes the military court's indictment against arrested Lebanese citizens Haj Hassan, from the Loyalty Bloc to the Resistance Bloc, said that the indictment does not include the basic rules of the National Charter, the Human Rights Charter and the UN Charter, which guarantee the legitimate rights of resistance against Israel. According to him, the detainees and other accused citizens fulfill a national duty to protect the country, the sovereignty of the country and the Lebanese people, and deserve respect and not trial. He added that they have nothing to do with the accusations made by officials inside and outside the Authority, and that the cited sections of the Penal Code are not in line with their purpose.
