United States: Washington is making the dismantling of Iran's nuclear program the basis for any future negotiations. Washington has informed the mediators about this situation. Mediators are meanwhile discussing with Tehran the possibility of allowing international inspectors access to nuclear sites, in exchange for the release of some of the frozen Iranian assets.
