We confirm what the leader, Mr. Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi announced: that the people of the southern and eastern provinces are not targeted by the armed forces.
- The armed forces only target recruits belonging to Saudi Arabia, led by Saudi officers, who agree to kill the people of Yemen.
- We call on all residents of the southern and eastern districts to stay away from the Saudi mobilizations in different districts, for the sake of their lives and safety.
- All camps led by Saudi officers in the southern and eastern provinces will remain legitimate targets for the armed forces.
- We call on the youth in the southern and eastern districts not to be drawn behind the enemy and to reject the calls for conscription that are behind them. The blood of the people of the southern and eastern provinces is too precious to be spilled in the ranks of Saudi Arabia, which pushes hundreds of them into death traps.
