Russia-Africa summit in Moscow adopts final declaration on financing, artificial intelligence and conflict settlement Russia and Africa agree to strengthen cooperation on reliable payment mechanisms, digital technology and artificial intelligence, and to oppose attempts to politicize international courts. They will also support the capacity building of agencies involved in combating illegal maritime activities, and facilitate the participation of African financial institutions in joint fuel and energy projects.
