Israel: Herzog offers Netanyahu to serve two more years as prime minister, and then retire, in exchange for amnesty the proposal would allow Netanyahu to hand over the position to an opposition representative after the two years and leave political life. The amnesty will cover all the corruption cases for which he is on trial.
