Israel: The counting of duplicate envelopes begins tonight, is expected to end tomorrow evening. The Election Commission said that the estimates put the number of duplicate envelopes at 430,000 to 480,000. They are used for votes by soldiers, patients and some other groups, and for votes outside the ballots registered with voters, and are checked to make sure no one has voted twice before being counted. The counting of the double ballots begins at 01:00 in the morning. The final results may change after these votes are counted, depending on their number and distribution among the parties.
