The Russian Defense Ministry says it targeted a cargo ship bound for Odessa, the Kharkiv Electronics Factory. The ministry said the cargo ship was carrying supplies to Odessa intended for Ukrainian forces. It was also reported that a facility of the electronic industries sector in the Kharkiv region, which produces automation systems and communication equipment for the armed forces of Ukraine, was targeted.
