The IDF says it killed members of Hamas and the Islamic Jihad in Gaza City and in Nusairat attacks. The IDF said it killed Alaa Ibrahim Nimer Irshi, a group commander in the military wing of Hamas, last Wednesday in the Gaza City area, and Karim Riad Hassan Abu Batihan, a member of the Islamic Jihad, last Tuesday in Nusairat. Both were targeted from the air. The military said the two were involved in transferring money from Iran and Turkey to the military arms of Hamas and Islamic Jihad, money it said helped the groups rebuild their military capabilities in violation of the ceasefire.
