The two discussed strengthening the social capital of the system by expanding justice, safeguarding the public's rights and dealing with corruption in its hotbeds and outlets. They also emphasized fast, accurate and firm resolution of cases, timely implementation of rulings to achieve deterrence, and a comprehensive and tangible change of the legal apparatus.
