Germany will join the first military exercise of the "Coalition of Will" supporting Ukraine this November. The German Ministry of Defense said that Germany will send about ten staff officers and up to two A400M planes for aerial refueling. The exercise, as part of the "Coalition 2026" exercises, will take place in Poland and in the airspace over Romania and the western Black Sea. It will test whether multinational forces from Ukraine's allies can carry out missions for the first time. The forces are coming together under French and British leadership to ensure adherence to any potential ceasefire with Russia, and the coalition includes about 35 countries.
