Iran: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reopens the library, the documentation center named after the slain Harazi.
The ministry's library, founded in 1931, was reopened in a ceremony, and Deputy Foreign Minister Khatibzadeh said Israel had attacked it. Foreign Minister Argachi said that the 40-day Ramadan war was a turning point that disrupted the regional security structures, and that American bases in the region brought insecurity and not peace. The Iraqi foreign minister made the same point about American bases.
