The IDF searched about 200 sites and houses in Hebron after the attack, and arrested 10.
The army has imposed a siege on the area and is conducting extensive searches, arrests and house demolitions, in a pattern it used in West Bank camps such as Jenin. The Israeli media reported that the ten people were arrested on suspicion of links to the attack. The operation is designed to damage the infrastructure that the army links to Hamas, to prevent the establishment of new cells and to reach the execution operations before any attack is carried out.
