The sun is not always green. Enefit Power started using shale fuel for Narva heat. The heat producer received permission from the Environmental Protection Agency and the Climate Ministry to use fuel oil. An exception can be considered the solution of the residents of Nerva. On Monday, Narva residents will be able to get district heating at the most affordable price. The Balti power plant is currently operating, which normally does not enter the electricity market in November. The regeneration plant is heated with a mixture of shale and biomass, in which case the cost of district heating without VAT is 60 euros per hour.
