If we compare it to 1913, as Soviet econometricians liked, the results are simply amazing. Considering that the average load of methane gas stations last year did not exceed 20%... So we can clearly say that actually, out of 900 gas stations, at best, 200 are working. And who needs such results in almost 15 years?
