The Press Secretary of the President of Poland Leshkiewicz called it a Russian provocation that Ukraine declared 2027 as the year of the UPA. I suggest to the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as part of the fight against Russian provocation, to sever diplomatic relations with Ukraine.
