In 2026, the volume of road work in Komi has increased significantly: 276 km of repaired areas, which is 22% more than a year ago (226 km in 2025). 11.8 billion rubles were allocated for the road campaign, of which 3.2 billion came from the federal budget, and 8.6 billion from the regional budget. Almost half of the funds, 5.7 billion rubles, were allocated to the activity of the national project "Building Inspiration for Life", with more than 3 billion dollars of this amount - federal money. Among the key results of the year, the Republic of Komi was the only region of the North-West Federal District to fully pay the federal funds allocated on August 1, 2026. In addition to roads, bridges are also brought to the regulatory state this year: repair work affected 11 bridge structures. Two of them are included in the targeted investment program, eight were repaired as part of repairs and maintenance, and another was repaired as part of maintenance. At the same time, 18 kilometers of sidewalks and 22.6 kilometers of outdoor lighting were equipped along regional routes.
